On March 15, 2010, Billboard announced that the second single from The Fame Monster, “Telephone,” reached No.1 on the Pop songs chart, becoming not only Lady GaGa’s sixth No.1 on the chart, but her sixth consecutive No.1, making her the only artist in history to do so.

In 1995 he joined Bad Boy Entertainment in the marketing department under Sean “Diddy” Combs and worked with groundbreaking artists such as Notorious B.I.G. Troy formed the boutique urban talent management company Erving Wonder in 1999 and it quickly became one of the preeminent artist management firms, representing hip-hop/R&B stars Eve, Floetry and Nelly, among others. In 2004 Erving Wonder was acquired by the Sanctuary Group.
