Eli Wolfe is carving a name for himself as one of the country's most distinct troubadours on his extensive Community Australia Tour, with standout performances across every state and territory.

Notching up 80 shows over eight months, Eli is taking audiences on a truly captivating musical journey with his hypnotic acoustic songs and dynamic instrumentals.

Eli started his Community Australia Tour in Perth, and has since travelled anti-clockwise around the country in the tour van he painted with his own brightly coloured artwork. His arrival to Perth for One Movement for Music completes his impressive national tour and a full lap of Australia.

Like Eli's live show, his self-titled debut album is an emotive listening experience. With wide-ranging and well-timbered vocals, poetic lyrics, 6 and 12-string guitars and warm and colourful sonic textures, Eli creates an original thought provoking sound.

Eli said that living, playing music, touring and promoting the release of his album this year has also been about getting to know the country. "You get to see the diversity of the people and the common thread that runs through us all. There's that basic human empathy - a sharing vibe and mateship. It's about connecting with people living on this great dynamic land, living strong."

Eli's new album will be independently released in Spring 2010, with distribution through MGM.
